What material is the TideTrail backpack made from?
The TideTrail backpack is made from ultra durable 1800D fabric with a 210D silicon liner giving excellent water repellent properties
How does the USB charging feature work?
The backpack includes an external USB port. Just connect your own power bank inside the bag (power bank not included) which can be easily stored in the convenient internal pocket, plug in your device from the external connection, and you can charge on the go—while still using your phone or iPad.
Can the backpack fit a beach towel, water bottles, and other gear?
Absolutely. The roll-top design expands for more room, and the side pockets fit two large water bottles or a towel/yoga mat with ease.
Is it comfortable to wear all day?
Yes—it's built with ergonomics in mind. Padded straps, breathable back support, chest strap and a balanced design make it ideal for long days out.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We process all orders within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Australia metro area 2–5 business days
- Australia remote area 5–10 business days
- International 7–15 business days (customs clearance may cause delays)

Returns

What is you return policy?
We want you to love your purchase from ManTide. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or wrong item — that’s on us.
Please contact us at support@ManTide.com.au with your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll sort it out ASAP (replacement or full refund).
